Normally, I would give this place 5 stars. I have been here before. However, on last weeks visit; they missed a piece of metal, in my tire AND I was charged $8, for air + debit card processing fee. Basically, I was charged for nothing...since I still had to go to an alternate tire shop, for the repair.

The service is fast & courteous. My tire needed a plug. It was pointed out I needed a replacement tire. It doesn't make sense to purchase 1 tire. I asked for 2, they offered 2 mixed match tires. I was advised not to buy different brands with different treads! The gentleman seemed annoyed. He charged me $25 for removal of a nail & patch!

I visited Gomez’s tires on March 31st where I replaced my two back tires on my 2017 Honda Civic. Immediately after, my car is vibrating when I drive I return to the tire shop on April 6, where I was told that there is nothing that they can do to remedy my shaking car that has never had this problem, and the two years of ownership. They said I need a new alignment even though I just got one three weeks ago, so after dismissing me, I left the tire shop and called my mechanic, who inquired if they had balance my tires. Being a 21 year old girl, I had no idea that a used tire needed to be balanced. I went back and inquired if they balanced it when they changed the car, he said yes. I asked can he check he said yes and let me know how much how it’d be if it needed to be rebalanced. Then I noticed no one is checking they’re just performing the service of rebalancing. At that point I was informed balancing a tire does not come with the tire replacement and was charged $33 so I will never return. .

My car tire was punctured when I hit the curb. Living around the corner from York St, I knew Gomez/Tineo Tires was around the corner. Fortunately, I made it there without damaging my rim. They had my size tire and were able to change it within the hour. They have adorable kittens to play with. Muchas Gracias.
